Good morning everyone, hope you are all having a wonderful day, don't forget today is the SAL Father's day breakfast, father's eat free today. We will also be having our meeting immediately after. I would also like to take this time to announce to those of you who don't already know, I have officially been sworn in as the new Commander of the Sons of the American Legion Post 408. I'm very much looking forward to serving for and with you all this next year. In the time I've been with the post I've seen many changes, all for the better. Some things I would like to see, I would like to see our attendance increase, yes we are at 100% but why stop there? I would like to see more activities at the Post, I've heard how it used to be hoppin almost every day, let's see what we can do to make that happen. Lastly I would like to see more community involvement, we're here, how many really know it though? I am open to suggestions, please contact me anytime, again, I look forward to serving you in the next year. Thank you God bless - View Post
