James V. Carroll, Photos Editor of The American Legion Magazine, visited various American Legion Posts to interview Directors of the American Legion Riders. Mr. Carroll interviewed Directors from Kansas American Legion Riders’ Chapters for a story on the events/missaions that the Kansas ALR have supported and participated in during the year 2010.
