On Tuesday, May 4, 2010, The American Legion Riders, Family & Friends attended Funeral Service for WWII Veteran Leonard “LR” Powell at Glorious Life Church, Derby, KS. Mr. Leonard served in the Army Air Corps flying on 32 bombing missions…aircraft went down on two of those missions. Leonard Powell was the father of ALR 408 member, Larry Powell. American Legion Riders extend our sincere sympathy to the Leonard Powell Family.
