“Celebration of Life” Service-WWII Veteran Philip W. Blake 

Riders stood Flag Line for the Memorial Service in honor of U.S. Army, WWII Veteran Philip W. Blake. The Memorial Service (Celebration of Life) took place at West Evangelical Free Church. Phil Blake was the “caretaker” of Veterans Park and is responsible for bringing attention to all Veterans Memorials and keeping them in wonderful condition.
