AL 408 Family-Hillcrest Cemetery Project-Phase 1 

American Legion Post 408 Family, Hillcrest Cemetery Project, Phase 1, is officially complete. 24 American Flags were placed at the entrance of Hillcrest Cemetery, Derby, Kansas, in honor of Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11, 2014. This is a complete album of the process of Phase 1 of this project. Photos are dated to indicate when work was done. The Hillcrest Cemetery Project is being done through the combined efforts of the American Legion Family of Post 408, Derby-Haysville, Kansas. To all Veterans: We thank you all for your service, sacrifices and dedication to the United States of America! We are grateful and appreciate all you have done and still do to defend our freedoms!!
