Quilts And Comforter Presentations 

American Legion Family gathered at American Legion Post 136, Mulvane, Kansas to honor, and to take part in a special presentation for, 3 of our Veterans battling cancer. Pat Brown and Pat Culver presented quilts, on behalf of the War and Peace Quilters, to U. S. Air Force Veteran Charlie Trapp and U. S. Air Force Veteran Rick Johnson. A comforter was also presented to U. S. Navy Veteran Terry Knight. These 3 Veterans proudly served and sacrificed for our Country. They continue to fight, but, it’s a different war…the war on cancer. We know these Veterans will continue to fight with courage and with the support of their American Legion Family. Please keep Charlie, Rick, Terry and their families in your continued thoughts and prayers. God Bless them all!!
